Shelina Neallani

Conflict Management  |  Difficult Conversations
Shelina Neallani is a mediator, lawyer and consultant with degrees from UBC in Social Work (‘86) and Law (‘89). 

She started mediating in 2002, is a member of Mediate BC’s Family, Civil and Child Protection Rosters and is an accredited Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator with the Law Society of BC. In addition to her private practice, which includes workplace, family and other civil disputes, As a Management Consultant, Shelina works with a wide range of clients including Mediate BC, Legal Services Society, and the Province of British Columbia. 

She specializes in projects relating to mediation, law and research. Recent consultancy experience includes projects on justice transformation initiatives where Shelina collaborated in developing, implementing and managing pilot projects related to dispute resolution. 

has taught at the post-secondary level, and delivered diversity training. She is on the Board of Directors for the North Shore Multicultural Society.
