Being a Life Designer
Create the life you want to experience, be a Life Designer. Many of us are addicted to busyness. And busy days are distracting from meaningful days. Being a Life Designer is about framing the way you look at your life. It’s about being inspired to learn how to design your day for more meaning, fulfilment, inspiration, health, well being, community and support. Practice getting better at living the life you want each day and get support along the way. My Journey Over the past 10 years, I’ve been exploring the world of self study, life and business coaching and lifestyle design. What I’ve learned primarily is that there is a kind of freedom that comes from turning in to my self, towards my thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. I’ve learned to navigate my inner world in ways that I never knew were possible. I went to many workshops, had many teachers and coaches and therapists, all of which has helped me establish a deep appreciation and fluency in how to continue to unfold more and more each day. Some people think we just naturally grow wiser and more mature with age, which is only partially true. It takes a hell of a lot of work to truly live into our potential, and we need a lot of help along the way. How it works The structure of a coaching relationship is deeply helpful. I work with you to develop a coaching program that is custom tailored to your unique life design. We track your results and progress regularly to adjust your program to your needs. Coaching gets personal – just me and you engaged in real talk. We work on developing new skills that you can integrate into your life design because if you can’t integrate them you won’t truly get results. I’m here to help, and give you accountability and focus. I expect we need time together which is why I take on clients for 6 to 12 months typically. Results take time so your commitment to yourself over the time is what really establishes the changes you are wanting to make. |
